It's nice to think that people have gone that extra mile, and you have, both in being friendly, welcoming, and helpful and making our stay more enjoyable. The thoughtful extras. The games; the music; books and useful and interesting tourist info.
Thank you for a fantastic week. Quite depressed about going home and returning to urban life. The cottage, the scenery goes without saying, beautiful!!!

Had a wonderful week. The cottage was every thing we hoped it would be and more. It was cosy, comfortable and very well equipped. The area is fantastic - so much to see and do. We could not fit every thing in so we will be back next year to enjoy it once more.

A week where national temperatures brook all records: - Yorkshire was more like the South of France!! Absolutely brilliant who could ask for more- but we got it - fantastic cottage in a superb setting (comfortable, well equipped and peaceful.)

This is our 3rd visit; it just gets better " better. Home from home. Stunning views. Superb hosts. The newly extended and enclosed garden with summerhouse is a real asset. It is our little piece of heaven away from the madding crowd. Can't wait to return. See you all next year.

Wow! - This is what we all said when we walked in the door on the first day. It was better when we saw it all in daylight with the fantastic views. It just got better and better. We loved going for walks and visiting the little villages with the cattle markets. Mums best bit was the wild life (saw a woodpecker for the first time.) Jilly loved the cheese factory (typical), and Dad and I, plus Maisie, adored the walks as we don't often get to do it. Would love to see it all in the snow- you never know! Thanks ..

Came for a weekend wedding and stayed the week! Cottage excellent, weather fantastic and the Dales a revelation. Testing golf, at Bentham. Lovely walks, including Pen-y-Ghent, great pubs, spectacular scenery.

We've never been so sad to leave a holiday! Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts - you have two very willing farm hands in Isaac and Maisie should you ever need them! ( and in Jon and I for that matter!) The cottage and it's environment are perfect, it was lovely pretending it was ours for the week! We very much hope to return some time. Thank you.
